Fellow writer and former professor, Mark Ari, writes, "Phillip Wenturine is not reluctant. He is one of the most willing people I know. For Phillip, every moment has possibilities to explore, a life enhancing potential." These themes appear in his writing as he recaptures moments in the hopes of sharing emotion with his readers.
